Stylecraft value decisions leading to good practice for the environment and the world we live in, and we aim to be transparent with reporting our sustainability practices.
In 2017, as part of our ongoing sustainability strategy, Stylecraft were accepted as a signatory to the United Nations Global Compact; the largest corporate sustainability initiative in the world. Founded by UN Secretary-General Kofi Annan in 2000, the UN Global Compact is built on the belief that businesses everywhere can play a pivotal role in improving our world, and it starts by doing business right. To date there are 9,894 businesses in 161 countries committed to upholding the UN values and principles in how they operate.
Our first year as a signatory to the UN Global Compact is now complete, and we would like to take this opportunity to report on our progress.
We are pleased to confirm that Stylecraft reaffirms its support of the Ten Principles of the United Nations Global Compact (UNGC) in the areas of Human Rights, Labour Standards, Environment & Anti-Corruption.
In this annual Communication on Progress, we describe our actions to continually improve the integration of the Global Compact and its principles into our business strategy, culture and daily operations. We also commit
to share this information with our stakeholders using our primary channels of communication.
