As we reflect on a year that forced us to face unprecedented challenges, we also reflect on the achievements of our team and thank our clients and industry friends for your ongoing support.
While a famous Stylecraft party might have been off the table this year, we were proud to be involved in Melbourne Design Week with The National Gallery of Victoria to host the Australian Furniture Design Awards (AFDA) exhibition and celebrate the announcement of the AFDA 2020 winner, James Walsh in March. In conjunction with this we launched Elliat Rich’s, winner of AFDA 2017, Different Thoughts Collection. Our focus on Australian design and manufacturing continued throughout the year with the launch of new brand Neatt. and acp atelier together with new collections from Ross Gardam, Keith Melbourne, LEN and SKEEHAN.
Our commitment to ongoing sustainable practices continued with Stylecraft forming part of a collective group of Australian businesses banding together to urge the Federal Government to remain focused on the need for a sustainable future as it creates policies to recover from Covid-19. This November also see’s the completion of our third year as a signatory to the United Nations Global Compact.
While the year that was challenged us, we're proud to have continued to work with our local designers, launch new product ranges, seek new International brands, launch an online store, begin works on our new Adelaide showroom and engage with you and the industry in new and exciting ways.
We look forward to seeing you in 2021.
