Situated in Leederville, Perth, the new Headquarters for construction, property, and finance company ABN Group were designed by Woods Bagot. The natural palette used throughout the fit-out references Australian landscapes, reflecting ABN Group's origins and focus on making 'The Great Australian Dream' of home ownership a reality for clients over its 40 year history.

Woods Bagot drew on historical themes of Australian home life to create different spaces and experiences for staff and clients alike. A lounge style meeting space including a customised Place Modular Lounge by Ross Gardam features a two-toned upholstery detail for added contrast and comfort. Cila chairs by Arper create a consistent silhouette throughout the office space, including in the open void, connecting all levels and adding to the visual cohesion of the interior.
 

Woods Bagot have created a sophisticated space which reflects ABN Group's passion for building and commitment to quality. Validating the success of the fit-out, Woods Bagot were announced as the winner of the 'Workplace Environment - Large' category in the internationally esteemed FX Awards and the Shaw Contract Design Awards for their ABN Group HQ project in late 2021.
