Beiersdorf, a German conglomerate in the beauty industry prioritise a sustainable and well-being driven approach to their office space and employee experience across the globe. The parent company of brands, such as Nivea and Elastoplast, recently moved into their new Australian headquarters in North Ryde, Sydney and were the first business outside of the property and construction sector to purse WELL certification in Australia. The fit-out achieved Silver Rating, as the first skincare brand in Australia to achieve WELL, the leading tool for advancing health and well-being in buildings globally.

The interior, designed by Incorp Solutions, features the GECA certified Arper products Plop Ottoman, Catifa 46 4 Way Castor Chair, Aava Sled Chair and Aava Barstools. Vault Chairs by 9to5 Seating are utilised as task chairs throughout the office space, with Australian designed and manufactured Rix Armchairs, Rix Lounges and Tiko Tables by ESO in open collaborative spaces.

These ranges contributed towards WELL certification by satisfying features such as preconditions of ‘Air’, as well as several optimisations within ‘Air’, ‘Comfort’ and ‘Mind’.
